D2.3 Evaluation outcomes and sustainability plans of Coastal City Living Labs

This document is a deliverable of the SCORE project, funded under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101003534.  
The aim of this document, Deliverable 2.3: Evaluation outcomes and sustainability plans of CCLLs, is to present the evaluation results of the CCLL outcomes and the sustainability of the plans. 
The evaluation strategy for the CCLLs considered both the process (implementation) and the effect (outcome/impact). The process evaluation examined how activities were managed and implemented as intended, while the outcome evaluation captured the results and impacts within each CCLL.  
Led by IHS, there were three main activities under this task: (1) development of the evaluation strategy; (2) implementation of the evaluation activities; and (3) verification of the evaluation outcomes.
