Please note that these scripts and model output are in the format of the Ice-sheet and Sea-level System Model (ISSM). For handling, you can download and install ISSM pre-compiled binaries from this website: issm.jpl.nasa.gov/download/
Matlab scripts to run ISSM/SHAKTI:

runme_HMA_DD_clean.m – Set up model domain, run initial SHAKTI simulation
-
runme_HMA_continue_SHAKTI.m – Continue SHAKTI simulation from end of a previous simulation, or turn on coupling to velocity and continue
-
runme_HMA_continue_seasonal_MOLHO_clean.m – Beginning from end of winter coupled simulation, run a seasonal simulation
