Analysis scripts for Koseki et al.'s (2025) gmmDenoise paper

This minor release updates the code to improve the cross-validation plots shown in Figures 3 and S2–S4, as well as the lists of gmmDenoise-retained and -discarded species in the stream and estuarine community datasets (Tables S2 and S3).
