ILION v4 — Demonstration of Deterministic Multi-Layer Pre-Execution Authorization for Agentic AI

V43 -  This artifact demonstrates ILION v4, a deterministic multi-layer authorization stack for agentic AI systems before execution.

The public architecture combines:

• CAP — context attestation and provenance verification
• PCL — contextual policy authorization
• ILION Gate — semantic role-action authorization
• SRM — experimental temporal session-risk accumulation

The system is designed to intercept, before execution:

• forged or tampered authorization context
• policy violations
• semantic role-action drift
• control-plane abuse attempts
• coupled-policy bypasses
• selected multi-step session-risk patterns

The demo includes representative attack, benign, and edge-case scenarios, including:

• authority impersonation
• slow exfiltration
• role-action misalignment
• context spoofing
• audit suppression / coupled-policy bypass
• standard authorized workflow
• fully authorized emergency break-glass access

All decisions are:

• deterministic
• auditable
• fail-closed
• pre-execution

Typical evaluation latency in the demo:

• CAP: ~12–19µs
• PCL: ~5–8µs
• ILION Gate: ~138–147µs
• SRM: ~7–11µs

This enables deterministic pre-execution authorization with low orchestration overhead.
