Description
This report provides a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against TRIM21 for use in Western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence, utilizing a standardized experimental protocol that compares readouts in knockout cell lines and isogenic parental controls. This work was supported by the Quebec Consortium for Drug Discovery (CQDM), a grant from the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie du Québec.
