IUCLID for PPP Filtering rules

The excel file provides the full list of filtering rules applicable to all IUCLID fields relevant in EU pesticides submissions for the following working contexts:

EU PPP Active Substance Application (product)

EU PPP Microorganism - Active Substance Application (product)

EU PPP MRL application

EU PPP Basic substance application

The filtering rules establish whether the data in each field are published by default, can be claimed confidential or are subject to more sophisticated publication rules. All applicable rules are described in the dedicated “Guideline” Tab in the excel. This file can be used in conjunction with the IUCLID tool 'Dissemination Preview'.

N.B. The filtering rules were last updated in May 2025 for IUCLID 6 v.9 by assigning filtering rules to all the new fields and documents introduced with the format changes. No specific filtering rules were added/amended.
