JuDDGES Early Engagement Workshop - UK

This presentation is one of the two early engagement events organized with users (experienced researchers and ECRs in Law, Criminology and Psychology) and stakeholders (in Poland and the UK) to agree on a coding scheme for encoding judicial decision data in the first and second instance courts that will enable both re-evaluation of past research findings and examination of new research questions, which can provide a valid, reliable and generalizable evidence-base for judicial decision policy-making and practice.
