Overview

This repository contains code and example data associated with "Volumetric single-molecule tracking inside subcellular structures" by Daly and co-authors. 

Included in this dataset:

  1. Deconvolution Code: Tools for the 3D reconstruction of Fourier light-field microscopy images. 
  2. Volume + SMLM Code: Scripts to correlate SMT tracking data with subcellular volumes.

The provided examples demonstrate how to apply the code to sample datasets.
