Digital Leadership as an Approach to Implementing E-Human Resource Management Practices: An Analytical Study of the Perspectives of a Sample of Employees at the North Refineries Company – Baiji

The primary aim of this research is to identify the role of digital leadership in implementing electronic human resource management (e-HRM) practices at the North Refineries Company. The study seeks to answer the central question: To what extent does digital leadership contribute to the implementation of e-HRM practices? In order to achieve the research objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted. The research examined the opinions of a sample of employees at various job levels within the North Refineries Company. Data were collected using a questionnaire, with a sample size of 306 participants, including administrative leaders and staff members. The study concluded with several findings, most notably the presence of a positive correlation between digital leadership and the implementation of e-HRM practices. Additionally, the study found a positive impact of the dimensions of digital leadership on e-HRM. Based on these findings, the research recommends formulating a comprehensive digital strategic plan that promotes integration between digitally oriented leadership and the implementation of e-HRM practices.
