Instructions:

1) Add the 'code' and 'data' folders/subfolders to your matlab path.
2) Open ppr_runEverything.m

This function is a wrapper for all the figures and analysis in the manuscript. You can run it by itself to reproduce all the figures/stats, or you can step through the functions one at a time to progressively build the data set and perform various analyses.
