The model files and the simulation files, including the model set up and corresponding input and validation files, used in Duan et al. 2025, Seasonal and diurnal patterns of methane during recent 10-year-period from a northern pristine peatland, Global Biogeochemical Cycles, in review.

The model and extensive documentation, including tutorial exercises, are available from the CoupModel website:  www.coupmodel.com. Please note the model forcing, evaluation data were collected by different sources, further use of the data, please contact the reference person given in the paper.
