Stakeholder Engagement Plan

The SINCRONY project seeks to address political inequalities by promoting inclusive democratic practices, particularly for marginalized youth. Central to this effort is the Plan for Stakeholder Engagement (SEP), which provides a framework for meaningful collaboration among youth organizations, policymakers, NGOs, and local communities. By emphasizing co-creation processes, the SEP ensures that all relevant stakeholders shape the design and implementation of intersectional participatory frameworks. Through tailored workshops, collaborative tools, and meetings, the project aims to actively contribute to policymaking while fostering trust and accountability among all stakeholders. This plan adopts a participatory design approach, combining research, pilot testing, and iterative evaluation to refine its methodologies and ensure their adaptability across different contexts. Also, the plan aims to mitigates potential challenges, such as inconsistent engagement or cultural differences, through proactive outreach and multilingual resources. With a strong focus on sustainability, SINCRONY will provide tools to embed its outcomes into governance structures. This plan lays the foundation for stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement strategy.
