Description
Supplementary data files for the paper: "The Coral Probiotics Village: An Underwater Laboratory to Tackle the Coral Reefs Crisis" published in Ecology and Evolution (2025). DOI: 10.1002/ECE3.71558
The file "Garcias-Bonet_MS_CPV_Supplementary data 1_InSitu_Seawater_Temperature.csv" contains in situ seawater daily mean, minimum, and maximum temperature records measured at 0.5 m above the seafloor, between 7-8 m deep in Al Fahal Reef (Central Red Sea) from June 2021 until December 2023.
The file "Garcias-Bonet_MS_CPV_Supplementary data 2_Seawater_Currents.csv" contains in situ seawater currents (speed and direction) measured in two locations (A and B, according to Figure 2) at 0.5 m above the seafloor (Bottom) and below surface (Surface) in Al Fahal Reef (Central Red Sea) from June 2021 until December 2023.
These files corrspond to the ortho-projected map of the area: "CPV_Ph4_100m_Orthomosaic.tif.aux.xml", "CPV_Ph4_100m_Orthomosaic.tfw", "CPV_Ph4_100m_Orthomosaic.tif", and "CPV_Ph4_100m_Orthomosaic.tif.ovr".
The file "CPV_model.tif" contains an image of the 3D photogrammetry model.
