Electric Vehicle Measurements dAta on Harmonics and Power (EV-MAHP)
Authors/Creators
Description
EV-MAHP (Electric Vehicle Measurements dAta on Harmonic and Power) measurement campaign was conducted at a charging station located within the parking facilities of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales in Madrid, Spain. All measurements were recorded at a single-phase alternating current (AC) connection point with a nominal voltage of 230 V.
The scope of the measurements included the magnitudes and phase angles of harmonic currents for odd harmonic orders up to the 50th, as well as the active and reactive power consumed by electric vehicles (EVs) during charging sessions. Data collection was carried out over a period of three months, spanning from December 2022 to April 2023. The recorded values represent one-minute averages of the measured values, derived using root mean square (RMS) averaging procedures.
During the measurement campaign, a total of 80 charging cycles from 14 EVs were recorded, resulting in 10029-time samples. These EVs represented 9 different manufacturers, models, or production years.
