Detection of Hidden Privilege Escalations in Android

This dataset supports the analysis of privilege escalation vulnerabilities in Android applications through static analysis. It includes statistical results from analyzing 4000 apps covering aspects such as permissions, intents, filters, and processing times. The repository provides labeled lists of benign and dangerous apps, extracted intents and intent filters, as well as resolved intent-to-filter mappings. Additionally, it includes detailed CSV files representing different orders of privilege escalation, ranging from direct two-app interactions (order 1) to more complex chains involving up to five apps (orders 2, 3, and 4), with both standard and strict escalation conditions. These resources are valuable for researchers studying inter-app communication, Android security, and malware behavior.
