Duplex sequencing of mtDNA in human blood, saliva, and oocytes. varians.xlsx is a table of either de novo substitutions or inheritable heteroplasmies (het) found in human oocytes, blood, and saliva. All oocytes (also with a mean DCS depth <50x) are included. samples.xlsx lists all samples assessed, with information on age, stage of the oocyte at sample collection, and sequencing information.
