Dataset for Additive Manufacturing of Thermoset Elastomer–Thermoplastic Composites Using Dual-Extrusion Printing

This dataset supports the study Additive Manufacturing of Thermoset Elastomer–Thermoplastic Composites Using Dual-Extrusion Printing. It includes:

• Cure behavior of NBR compounds, obtained via RPA at printing temperatures and oven curing conditions.
• Adhesion strength between NBR and selected thermoplastics, measured through tensile testing.
• Solubility parameters of the materials used for calculating Ra and RED values relative to NBR.
• Relationship between adhesion strength and ΔT.
• Effect of processing parameters on adhesion between NBR and polycarbonate (PC), measured through tensile testing.
• Peel test results for NBR–PC interfaces with different raster orientations.
