All analyses and results presented in the manuscript can be fully reproduced using the materials provided herein.
Repository structure
The repository is organized as follows:
•    /Code
Contains all analysis scripts, primarily written in R, used for data processing, statistical analysis, modeling, and figure generation (except for figures created in external software; see below).
•    /Observations
Includes raw and processed observational data, such as measured yield and greenhouse gas emissions.
•    /Weather
Provides weather and climate-related data used in the analysis, including extreme dry-heat stress indicators.
•    /Simulated yield_GHG_GHGI sensitivity
Contains outputs from simulation experiments analyzing the sensitivity of yield, GHG emissions, and GHGI under different climatic conditions.
•    /Tillage effects
Includes data and results related to the effects of tillage practices on emission intensity and crop performance.
Notes on figure generation
Please note that certain figures were generated using external software, including ArcGIS, Origin, or Excel, through direct statistical analysis or visualization. These figures are not accompanied by code in this repository.
Data and code availability
All datasets and scripts required to reproduce the main results of the study are included. File names and directory structures are clearly labeled and correspond to the relevant sections in the manuscript.
