D15.1 - Report on the medical imaging applications

The report transparently documents the outcomes of the work, highlighting the results and achievements, but also the challenges encountered and failures.
This work package builds on existing standards in the neuroimaging domain for data curation and organization (BIDS), existing data sharing platforms (OpenNeuro, HCP,
Donders Repository), and existing Open Source analysis tools (FSL, SPM, FieldTrip, EEGLAB) to design and implement strategies for running computationally large analyses
on (neuro)imaging datasets on the EOSC platform. We assume the reader will have some familiarity with these. We provide short summaries in the Glossary of Terms section, with pointers to external material that explain them in more detail.
