Description
This deposition contains MicroED tilt series datasets in .mrc file format, acquired on microcrystals of CTX-M-14 beta-lactamase, as well as complexes with avibactam generated by co-crystallization, soaking with the compound, or soaking with a cocktail including the comound.
All data was acquired at 200 kV on a TFS Talos F200C TEM at 100K, recorded on a Direct Electron Apollo detector.
