IUCLID Validation Assistant rules for PPP dossiers

Description
These are the Validation Assistant rules currently applicable in IUCLID, which a PPP submission will be checked against.
The document (available in both pdf and xlsx versions) also contains the rules applicable to the Submission portal.
The release notes summarise all the new and updated rules implemented in the IUCLID release 6.9 (May 2025).
