For processing with the scripts available at https://github.com/bio-phys/polyUb-AF, the AF3 CIF files must be converted to PDBs using the 'convert_all_cif_to_pdb.sh' VMD script found in each directory. Note that it requires 'cif2pdb.vmd'.
