**EchoPulse: Adaptive Symbolic Key Encapsulation Framework for Cybersecurity, Embedded Defense Systems, and Post-Quantum Resilience**

This report introduces *EchoPulse*, a novel Key Encapsulation Mechanism (KEM) that departs from classical algebraic cryptography and instead utilizes a deterministic, symbolic graph-based state system to establish secure shared secrets. Designed for embedded devices and security-focused environments, EchoPulse offers a lightweight yet robust cryptographic primitive optimized for post-quantum conditions.

Unlike lattice-based or code-based schemes, EchoPulse is built upon non-algebraic transitions over a finite state graph `G(V,E)` with 256 symbolic inputs, deterministic mutation (`μ`) per session, and path-based key derivation via SHA3 or BLAKE2s. The entire framework is implemented in Rust and evaluated on Cortex-M0+, M4F, and RISC-V architectures.

- Fully embedded-compatible (<9 KB RAM footprint)
- Replay-resistance through session-based graph mutation

- Hybrid-KEM compatibility with NIST-standard schemes (e.g., Kyber)
- Strategic applicability in post-quantum, defense, and critical infrastructure settings

- SHA3 bottleneck mitigation strategies
- Integration paths for TLS-like systems

EchoPulse is suitable for research, military-grade systems, cryptographic audits, and integration into secure IoT frameworks. This dossier is released under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 and openly invites third-party verification, security review, or integration partnerships.

It combines deterministic graph transitions, per-session mutation, and symbol-path validation to enable secure communication under low-resource constraints. Version 2.0 introduces a complete TLS 1.3 integration, GUI tooling, and formal CCA2 security proofs.
