Description
This document outlines the conceptual framework and ethical boundaries of the KIPT Project.
It provides non-technical descriptions of four independent, scalable modules addressing global challenges such as climate stabilization, resilient infrastructure, waste processing, and localized climate adaptation.
The project is not commercially oriented and is intended solely for use under international UN governance.
