- The folder ed_calculations contain all the data for creating Fig. 1 in the manuscript -- Energy_dataframe_twisted.csv and Energy_dataframe_periodic.csv contain the energy values as a function of the topological angle for flavour-twisted and flavour-independent boundary conditions, respectively. Fidelity_susceptibility_dataframe_twisted.csv and Fidelity_susceptibility_dataframe_periodic .csv contain the corresponding fidelity susceptibility values (blue dashed line). The plotting script is written in Python and can be found under Plot_Fractons_ed.ipynb.
- The folder tensor_network_calculations contains the two datasets used for creating Fig. 2 of our manuscript -- the chiral condensate as a function of the physical volume. The data comes from tensor network calculations as explained in the manuscript. The datasets dmrg_results_chiral_cond_one_flavor.csv and dmrg_results_chiral_cond_two_flavors.csv contain the chiral condensate for the one-flavor with periodic and the two-flavor model with flavor-twisted boundary conditions, respectively. The corresponding plotting script is available as a jupyter notebook.
- The folder truncation_errors_calculations contain the dataset (lattice_spacing_and_bond_dim_scaling.csv) used in the Appendix to investigate the scaling of the chiral condensate with bond dimension and lattice spacing. The plotting script that generates Figures 6 and 7 is also available.
- In the folder variational_quantum_simulation_calculations, one can find the datasets of the results presented in Figure 5 in our manuscript. The plotting manuscript for generating the figure is also in that folder. The datasets Fractons_variational_periodic.csv and Fractons_variational_twisted.csv correspond to the values of the energies plotted in Fig. 5 and the datasets Parameter_values_variational_periodic.csv and Parameter_values_variational_twisted.csv contain the corresponding values of the variational parameters in the circuit of Fig. 4 and are given for completeness.
