News:

Updated proteomics data -> now no longer transformed, normalized, and filtered. The data we provide was processed like this now:

1. Raw data from the DIA screen (PRIDE: PXD030304) for 949 cell lines with 3-10 replicates was downloaded
2. It was filtered to be proteotypic and a global Q value <=0.01
3. The max LFQ was calculated with the diann R package
4. The cell line names were mapped
