Description

The datasets presented accompany the paper "The Gulf Stream moved northward at the end of the Little Ice Age" (Forman et al., 2025). All the data correspond to those derived from the BER-SWI-13 stalagmite reconstruction. For more information on the dataset and its generation please see the above publication. 

Here we provide the following files: 

  • BER-SWI-13_Annual_SSTs.xlsx - the SST model output at annual resolution;
  • BER-SWI-13_Final_Age_Model.xlsx - the final depth-age model presented in Forman et al. (2025);
  • BER-SWI-13_Mg_Record.xlsx - the full stalagmite Mg record; and
  • BER-SWI-13_Monthly_SSTs.xlsx - the SST model output at monthly resolution.
