Minor changes

• Improve description for -i/--query-inputs argument to make clear that if multiple input files are provided to it, then they should belong to the same GCF - be fairly similar. Description of what happens when multiple input files are provided now also explained on the Wiki at: https://github.com/Kalan-Lab/zol/wiki/2.-more-info-on-fai#what-happens-exactly-when-you-provide-multiple-input-genbank-queries.
• Improve code for parsing coordinates from GenBank files.
• Add warning ignore when checking if files are in GenBank/FASTA format.
