INCREASING THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF A TGMP-114S STEAM BOILER BY COMBUSTION OF A FUEL-WATER EMULSION
Description
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of improving the energy efficiency of the TGMP-114S steam boiler by utilizing mazut-water emulsions (MWE). The study explores the physicochemical properties of the emulsions, their combustion mechanism, and highlights the thermodynamic and environmental advantages of this process. During the combustion of mazut-water emulsions, water droplets evaporate, causing the mazut to break down into finer fractions. This enhances complete combustion in the furnace chamber, helps maintain a stable flame temperature, and ultimately increases the heat transfer coefficient.
