ТЕНДЕНЦИИ ПРИРАЩЕНИЯ АНГЛОЯЗЫЧНОГО ТЕРМИНОФОНДА ПРЕДМЕТНОЙ ОБЛАСТИ «МЕНЕДЖМЕНТ»

Description

Терминофонд предметной области «менеджмент» активно пополнялся и
продолжает пополняться новыми терминоединицами. Статья посвящена раскрытию
основных тенденций, по которым образуются терминологические единицы предметной
области «менеджмент» в современном английском языке. В ходе работы, в частности,
выделены такие частотные пути пополнения терминосистемы сферы менеджмента,
как заимствование из других сфер человеческой деятельности (транстерминологизация)
и метафтонимизация. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что из двух отобранных
способов пополнения терминофонда предметной сферы «менеджмент» ключевым
выступает транстерминологизация, в то время как метонимизация представлена в
значительно меньшем объеме, причем оба способа используются в сочетании с
метафоризацией. Выявлены основные сферы заимствования терминологии.

Abstract

The terminology fund of the «management» subject area has been actively replenished and
continues to be replenished with new terminological units. The article is devoted to the
disclosure of the main trends according to which terminological units of the «management»
subject area are formed in the modern English language. In the course of the work, in particular,
such frequently used ways of replenishment of the management terminology system as borrowing
from other spheres of human activity (transterminologization) and metaphtonimization are
highlighted. The author comes to the conclusion that transterminologization is the key of the two
selected methods of replenishing the terminology fund of the «management» subject area, while
metonymization is presented in a much smaller volume, and both methods are used in
combination with metaphorization. The main spheres of borrowing terminology are identified.
