Description

An implementation of the SSSOM specification for Java. It provides a Java library and a command-line tool to manipulate mapping sets, and a ROBOT plugin with some commands to use SSSOM mapping sets when working with OWL ontologies.

Version 1.5.1 adds two new options for the sssom-cli tool: --assume-version and --ignore-missing-imports.
