This archive contains pre-trained weights for the Capricorn model, trained separately on two different human cell lines:

- Capricorn_trained_on_GM12878/
- Capricorn_trained_on_K562/

Each subdirectory includes:
- best.pt: the model weights
- args.json: model configuration and training arguments
