Overview:
This upload contains segmentation models and test data for the RANO2.0-assist tool, which is a 3D Slicer extension.
The RANO2.0-assist repository is available here: https://github.com/cai4cai/rano2.0-assist
Instructions:
Download and unzip the rano2.0-assist.zip file and copy/merge the contained folders (data, dynunet_pipeline) into the rano2.0-assist root directory.
