Project VEKTOR III proposes a novel propulsion concept based on the manipulation of vacuum-inertial coupling within engineered quantum systems. By combining anisotropic mass behavior in semi-Dirac fermions with dynamically structured Casimir vacuum geometries, the project seeks to create a localized field state that demonstrates non-reciprocal inertial response—a fundamental requirement for reactionless propulsion. This “Quantum Inertial Asymmetry Drive” (QIAD) explores directional negative mass analogs and vacuum energy strain to produce net motion without mass ejection, recontextualizing how motion and momentum are defined in quantum-influenced vacua.
