Description

CLRIA is a connectome-constriained ligand-receptor interaction analysis tools for understanding brain network communication. This repository contains the data and code to reproduce experiments and figures.

Enviroment requirements: python 3.8, numpy < 2.0.

Data All processed data from AHBA and HCP can be found in data.zip. CLRIA package used for this reproduce is available at CLRIA.zip. The corresponding tutorial can be found at https://github.com/duzc-Repos/CLRIA/tree/main/tutorial.

Method comparison and downstream analysis such as communication strate preference, asymmetric signaling, and brain state transition are also available at 00.method_evaluation.zip, 01.communication_strategy.zip, and 03.brain_state_transition.zip, In general, each directory includes three subdirectory ./data, ./src, ./res, which include the generated data, source code and intermediate result for corresponding analysis.
