Incorporating profitability and sustainability objectives into operational decision-making

Synchronization of productivity and supportability is the most basic in the push for gold in organizations. This article also discusses how these goals can be realized in functional dynamics using a rational dynamic model. By explaining the tools: issue definition, weighting of measures, alternative age, and option execution, the model shows how to overcome the challenges and leverage opportunities systematically. For instance, functional models such as sustainable energy differentiate how organizations can address both business profit and natural and social responsibilities which in turn creates upper the the hand and flexibility. This article shows how sustainability inside hierarchical functioning is advantageous and that productivity correlates with cultural and natural prosperity.
