Deep sequencing data from antibody selection yeast display campaign on human cell surface receptors

This is a large and comprehensive data set with antibody leads for ten human cell surface receptor targets that have medical relevance. NGS sequencing files and a library key file are provided in csv format. The NGS data contain all unique CDR3 sequences obtained after FACS1, FACS2 and FACS3, and n>0 counts per sequence for the ROBO1 and ROBO2N MACS1 data. Information on the 486 experimentally tested antibodies are provided along with biophysical characterization data.
