Maize binding QTL (bQTL) under well-watered and drought conditions

Description

Binding QTL under well-watered (WW) and drought stress (DS) conditions for SNP and INDEL positions in maize with false discovery rate corrected p-values (cut-off 0.05). Positions given are in B73 V5 genome coordinates. Column three indicates if the bQTL position shows significant association of variation in transcription factor footprinting signal with variation in genotype only (GenoOnly), methylation level only (MetOnly), or both. In cases of significance for both methylation and genotype, MethP indicates a lower p-value was observed for a methylation significant bQTL and GenoP indicates that a lower p-value was observed for a genotype related bQTL.
