This repository accompanies the paper: "Have protein-ligand cofolding prediction methods moved beyond memorisation?"
Changes from v4:
- posebusters_results.tar.gz - PoseBusters checks were run in "redock" mode, instead of "dock" mode, which added additional checks and thus changed overall PB valid counts. Additionally some missing systems for AF3 were added.
- prediction_files.tar.gz - Missing system from AF3 were added
