Description

Abstract: A modular light source system for fluorescence microscopy is developed utilising interchangeable light-emitting diode (LED) modules, evaluated through neuronal cell fluorescence microscopy. The design is open source and low cost, reducing reliance on expensive light sources, to improve global accessibility.
