Synthesis and Characterisation of Novel Hetero-aryl Thiazole Derivatives
Description
We present the design, synthesis, along with characterization of novel heteroaryl thiazole analogues.
The concept centred around molecular hybridization techniques. Thiazole, a five-membered heterocyclic
aromatic structure, is a key scaffold for a wide range of molecules that are synthetic. Many therapeutically
authorized thiazole-containing compounds demonstrate its varied pharmacological action, which includes
antifungal, antibacterial, anthelmintic, antiviral, anticancer, as well anti-inflammatory properties.
