This repository contains the trajectory data from molecular dynamics simulations included in "STI1 domain dynamically engages transient helices in disordered regions to drive self-association and phase separation of yeast ubiquilin Dsk2". Simulations were performed using CALVADOS3COM. Trajectory files are in .dcd format and come with an accompanying topology pdb file.

File description:

  • WT_bound.tar.gz contains all trajectory data for full length Dsk2 in the bound conformation
  • WT_unbound.tar.gz contains all trajectory data for full length Dsk2 in the unbound conformation
