Types. Holotype ♀: “Алма-Ата, М. Алматинка, Заповедн. Высота 1450 m. 13.IX 1937 Е. Самойлович [Almaty Nature Reserve, Malaya Almatinka River. 1450 m 13.IX 1937 E. Samoylovich]”, “praep. micr. № 3107”, “Gemalt von Mgr. R. Zawada-Skrzyński für Micr. Pal.”, “Holotypus Peronea rubivorella Fil. ”, “ ZISP INS _LEP_0001937”, “Praep. micr. SVN 24203 Acleris rubivorella (Filipjev, 1962) S. Nedoshivina pr. 2024”.
Paratype: ♀ – “Алма-Ата Высота 1800 metr 18.VII 1935 Е. Самойлович | Малина [Almaty 1800 m 18.VII 1935 E. Samoylovich | on Malus]”, white circle, “praep. micr. № 3106”, “Paratypus Peronea rubivorella Fil. ”.
Present status. Acleris rubivorella (Filipjev, 1962).
Comments. Genitalia of the female holotype were illustrated in the original description. The species was treated by Razowski (2008) as valid. Gilligan et al. (2018) misspelled it as “ rubrivorella” (lapsus calami). Photograph of the holotype was published by Razowski (2008).
