This training material provides an insight into two cases of the BIM-based building permit transformation pathways from Finland and Spain. The material describes the vision, roadmap and actor-specific actions, and recommendations for the ransion to BIM-based building permits. 

  

Target groups: 

This training material targets building authorities, policy makers, standardisation bodies. 

  

Learning objectives:

  • Knowledge of State of Practice (SoP) in Spain and Finland. 

  • Understanding of the recommendations and visons for Spain and Finland cases for poly makers and municipalities. 

  • Awareness of the roadmap/pathway method, to-be reference process, actor specific recommendations.
