This dataset is associated with the manuscript Horizontal anisotropy of turbulent fluctuations in surface and air temperatures over a flat, homogenous surface by R. Hilland and A. Christen, submitted to the Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres. The dataset consists of a series of two-dimensional fields of correlation of air and surface temperature fluctuations, collected in 2020 as part of the Namib Turbulence Experiment (NamTEX). More detailed description of the dataset, file structure, and analysis can be found in the datasets README file.
