For package version control "groundhog" package is used. The snapshot date is 2025-04-11.

The replication package consists of 4 folders:
1. 'Data'contains raw (/Raw) and clean (/Clean) datasets used in the study.
2. 'Functions' contains custom functions used for the analysis.
3. 'Output' contains folders to store generated tables and figures.
4. 'Scripts' contains all the scripts used to generate clean data from the raw data, and tables and figures from the clean data.

HOW TO USE:
1. Initiate the project environment with /Destination_choice.Rproj.
2. Execute Scripts/Master.R to generate tables and figures used in the paper.
Notes
Data source of address data of Survey II:
Ausländerzentralregister (AZR) provided by the Research Data Center of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) 2023: Sample from the AZR inventory as of August 31, 2023.
