Quel est le rôle du discernement dans l'évaluation de la qualité perçue des services fournis par les établissements d'enseignement supérieur au Maroc ?

Within the context of dynamic transformations of higher education institutions in Morocco, student expectations seem very high vis-a-vis the educational service quality, a qualitative investigation on how discernment correlates with exploration of perceived service quality, as conceived by the stakeholders themselves. The semi-structured interviews that were engaged in were analyzed; the dimensions that characterized the different satisfaction levels included the pedagogic skill competencies of teachers and instructors, programs lucidity aspects with the labor market applicability, effective infrastructural availability, and overall administrative competencies.

One of the conclusions that can be drawn from this study is that the notion of discernment allows for much more thorough understanding of academic services and their perceived item and quality. This investigation leads to further conclusions for practical exploitation with regards to augmenting service quality in Moroccan academic institutions and making recommendations concerning student encounters with current emerging issues.
