GraphBin-Tk example datasets

This record contains the example datasets and results for the GraphBin-Tk manuscript. These datasets were originally used in the GraphBin2 manuscript. The datasets used are,

1. Sim-5G: Contains 5 bacterial species.
2. Sim-10G: Contains 10 bacterial species.
3. Sim-20G: Contains 20 bacterial species.

All the datasets were assembled using metaSPAdes. Please refer to the Supplementary data in the GraphBin2 manuscript for further details about the datasets.
