FEDERALISME: UNE PANACEE AUX PROBLEMES SOCIOPOLITIQUES ET ECONOMIQUES DE LA REPUBLIQUE DEMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO
Description
In modern governance, the effectiveness of a state and its development objectives depend heavily on the appropriate selection of its constitutional structure. This paper argues that such a choice must be guided by a thorough consideration of socio-cultural, political, and economic realities. As the role of the state transitions from a traditional security provider to a proactive agent of development and social welfare, its structure must be adapted accordingly. In the case of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a country marked by vast territory and deep diversity, the need for a governance model that balances national unity with local autonomy is critical.
