Description
This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against GTPase Rab13 in western blot using a standardized experimental protocol based on comparing read-outs in a knockout cell line and isogenic control; a knockdown cell line was also used to assess the capability of antibodies in immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence. This work was supported by the CQDM (a grant from the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie du Québec) as well as the Government of Canada through Genome Canada, Genome Quebec, and Ontario Genomics (grant no.
